This page explains how AIBioTrXiv expects to handle member accounts, submissions, payments, and comments.
AIBioTrXiv may collect display name, email address, password credentials, email verification status, manuscript metadata, manuscript text, uploaded figures, PayPal payment status, peer comments, comment reports, and administrative review records.
Information is used to operate member accounts, process submissions, verify payment, provide editorial screening, publish accepted records, maintain credit history, moderate comments, and contact authors about their submissions.
The production architecture is prepared for Cloudflare D1 for structured records and Cloudflare R2 for uploaded files. Payment confirmation may be processed through PayPal and notification email through an email provider such as Resend.
Published article pages may display author names, article metadata, abstract, manuscript text, figures, selected license, publication date, AIBioTrXiv identifier, and peer comments. Author email addresses may be used for contact links when provided for publication.
