Policies

AIBioTrXiv separates open idea sharing from formal peer review. These policies explain what the platform screens, what authors remain responsible for, how credit and rights are recorded, and how problematic records can be corrected or removed.

Scope of these policies

AIBioTrXiv accepts two broad categories: AI Research records and AI Idea records. AI Research records are structured theoretical biology articles, model notes, hypothesis papers, or conceptual frameworks. AI Idea records are shorter records for biological research ideas, product concepts, scientific software concepts, educational biology tools, or related proposals.

Publication on AIBioTrXiv means the record passed editorial screening for basic scope, structure, authorship, rights declarations, and responsible presentation. It does not mean external peer review has occurred.

Author responsibility

Authors remain responsible for every claim, citation, image, figure, dataset description, AI-generated statement, and license selection. AIBioTrXiv may decline, correct, label, withdraw, or unpublish material that appears misleading, unsafe, plagiarized, legally problematic, or outside the platform scope.
